- Improved licensing using Google licensing for 'Pro' versions. 'Trial' version and 'Pro' version are now two separate apps

- The 'Lite' market version now does not need to be activated with the 'license key' app. Instead, purchase 'FitRoid - Pro' then uninstall the 'Lite' version

- Fixed bug - BMI calculator did not allow decimal points for height before
